Theresa M Leonard, SRA
Theresa graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor
of Science, majoring in teaching physical education and with a minor in health
education. It was a few years later that I decided to enter the real estate
profession. I took several courses and became a Certified Residential
Appraiser. Immediately after becoming a Certified Residential Appraiser I
joined the Appraisal Institute. I pursued my SRA Designation, which took several
years of education. SRA Designated members of the Appraisal Institute are known
around the world for their expertise in the real estate appraisal profession.
